How might you open your heart while you guard it? It's more than 'just' loving everything.

What? – Aren't we supposed to live with an open heart, follow our heart, and heal our heart so we have a healthy compass to navigate our lives? Yes, a healthy navigation system has a compass and drive system, which are the heart and the mind. One really needs the other. The heart would sit and feel all day, and the mind would drive off directionless. But with any sound navigation system, it's going through an upgrade, and it's confusing and doesn't always feel right. Lately, I've wanted to shut my navigation system down. I don't understand all that is happening around me, to those I love, to our country. I've been asking WHY...... a LOT and not getting clear answers from my teachers. It frustrates me, and I ask more questions. How can I focus on love when so many are shaken to their core? How can I focus on a vibration of LOVE when I'm feeling the heaviness of this energy, and so many levels of fear, both present and ancestral. Which brings me to this - why might it be essential to open your heart while guarding it? We need action and momentum for this shift.  


We're reminded of the importance of the heart during various times of the year - Valentines, spring romances, August-Leo passion, warm fires, and gatherings in the fall and winter.  We are pushed to open and acknowledge our hearts throughout the year. To embrace, feel, heal, and recognize the importance of this compass system within. Our compass system is getting upgraded as mental processes can shift our hearts.  Learning or discovering things about ourselves or others will change our mental filter and create a heart change.   Everything is connected.  Some expect that when we open our hearts, the magic of the heart will make it all right in the world. For LOVE solves ALL problems, right?



Love is fun and feels good, but it is also connected to our mental processes.  The energy bodies or our earth-traveling vessel include our physical body, etheric field, emotional body, mental body, and spiritual body….   It's not one thing, and all those things are connected.  Damage to the emotional body will create a bruise and shift in the mental process.  A change in the mental process will create a change in the emotional body.  Because we are so complex, we often work on one area at a time, and the other follows. For example, when working on our wounds, you can either approach it from a mental process and let the heart follow as it heals or open it and pour love into a situation until the mental processes are aligned. 


Through awakening, we learn and become wiser about our energy bodies and how they work. We understand the connectedness and the power that each of us has in helping us move forward and sabotage our growth. We know how external factors impact us. We understand that we can open our hearts and pour love outward, but if our mental processes aren't aligned and we don't have healthy boundaries, we begin to feel fatigued in the emotional body. 


By our presence on earth, we understand all shifts and nothing stays the same, and those things that you thought you knew are adjusting. As the measure of time speeds up and our ability to manifest becomes faster, we desire more rapid ways to move through the wounds we discover. Right now, there are gaping wounds needing help and healing, and we'll need to work through the shock and disbelief or avoidance of what we are seeing or experiencing. We'll need to tune in and not turn it off. Use our voice where once we may have remained silent or be silent where we once used our voice. We'll need to emote and act upon what is most fitting for what we need for humanity. We'll need to shift and decide how we want this shift to move forward. Forward with love, compassion, and support for humanity, or allow control, fear, power, and anger to rule.  Let's stay on the side of humanity, love, compassion, and community…
